This court action has been a long time in coming over the last five years, and we've tried everything humanly possible in avoiding such an action against anyone however, some folks just don't know when to shut their lying mouths and or, shut down their scamming campaigns against others, such as Mary Theresa Prantil of Astoria New York.
Prantil has been warned and warned over the last five years to stop the on-line slandering of our good names, but our warnings have fallen on deaf ears and thus, now she will be brought to justice through the courts.
Miss Prantil was served the legal suit and was given ample time to respond to our legal team and the courts, but chose to respond in the way she always responds, In not legally responding or showing up for court.
Instead, Prantil continues her badgering of innocent persons, posting libelous information over the Internet and attacking anyone that has served her with legal actions coming from the courts and so fourth. Her main defense to the charges that we've brought against her, is no defense, as I've always stated.
We've won the default against Prantil and thus, we plan to have her prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law will allow. Basically, all her talk through the years about suing others for allegedly scamming her, is now coming back to her for scamming and slandering others.
When this is all over concerning the Civil Courts, and we have a huge financial judgment against this antagonist, we plan to bring multiple federal charges against her in the criminal courts simply to make her accountable for all her criminal activities against us personally.
As we've said over and over again throughout the years, we will stand in court against Prantil any day of the week however, I don't believe she holds the same sentiment about facing us in a court of law for the reasons below.
She doesn't hold the same sentiments simply because she was again, given 20 and then 35 days to respond to our law suit against her and never showed, nor did she produce council for her defense.
Nope, didn't respond, didn't show up, didn't produce any evidence to any of her claims, Couldn't produce any evidence that our claims against her were allegedly false, nothing.
Nothing, but her lose and un-provable accusations to the wrong people who will end up helping us put her away into a nice tight little jail cell for the criminally insane on Rikers Island N.Y.C.
Unlike to most cases of this nature involving innocent persons and their Internet stalkers, scammers and people that run around and liable others, we won't settle out of court and further, we will seek the utmost justice in this matter against prantil for smearing our names over the Internet for the last five years.
We will pursue her in a federal court criminally for the four or five federal charges we've named in the suit against her, that will be relayed on to the F.B.I and Department Of Justice for prosecution.
The suit in question along with the additional criminal charges were seeking against her isn't a matter of alleged personal vendetta more so, then the pursuit of justice and simply doing the right thing in having our laws enforced against what we feel to be a criminal, just fore the record.
In other words, we don't have any problems in what a person has to say about us if it's vented in the way of an opinion, or in a factual format.
Again, we don't have the slightest issue with free speech or the freedom of expression however, we do have a problem with slanderous and liable content being posted about our persons and company name by some Idiot looking to make a name for themselves.
Especially, when a person like Prantil is attempting to advertise her own endeavors through bashing other high profile names, or company names such as she done to many others besides ourselves in the past.
We will NOT negotiate, settle or otherwise with someone in whom we consider to be a on-line criminal or worse, Internet Terrorist and again, we are seeking the harshest legal outcome against Mary Prantil to not only impede, but in stopping her from ever doing this to another person or company again.
We simply believe that the Internet should be a clean and safe place for people to interact, learn and conduct business without harassment of any kind coming from persons such as prantil.
In the end, Prantil will be held accountable for all her criminal deeds by the State of New York, Nevada courts, and legal teams on all sides of this conflict, or in any conflict that she has directly caused through her illegal activities against innocent others.
She will eventually be made to face the Ones she's harassed and stalked over the years and further, to prove her false allegations against many persons in whom she's targeted from behind her cell phone, home phone and computers.
The Prantil case will hopefully set a legal president in the courts that will ultimately put an end to this sort of harassment and or, liable over the Internet coming from people with nothing better to do.
Nothing better to do then in attempting to destroy other persons lives, reputations and businesses over the open air ways, simply because they have nothing better to do with their own lives but in trying to reach a celebrity status through the repeated bashing of others.
We know who Mary Prantil is, and where she lives and thus, there is no more running or hiding for her behind anonymous names on the scam sites and so, her element of surprise is gone along with her credibility.
If anyone out reading this has a stalker likened to Mary Prantil, we would encourage you to seek legal relief against your protagonist, don't let them get away with taking your quality of life away from you any longer.
In short, stand up to them and take them down through the court system, and let these folks know that they are no longer safe behind their computers or telephones.
Again, for all the good people out there that are being attacked by idiots like Prantil for no apparent reason,
